Front loops are something every windsurfer early on aspires to ad to their "trick bag". Without a doubt throwing big front loops gets the attention of anyone on and off the water. The pro's now throw them switch stance and with duck gybes thrown in the mix. But we all have to start somewhere first. Matt Pritchard explains how.

The world’s best wave sailors gathered on the infamous shores of Cabo Verde for the first event of the PWA Wave tour. Some of the most epic conditions ever seen at a contest greeted competitors with a vengeance. Gaastra’s Marcilio “Brawzinho” Browne had a tough event having come down with a stomach flu that left him weak during the competition days. He struggled to compete and was unable to find his form until he recovered.
